About Coulomb
Coulomb LiTech is a startup run by IITians who are dedicated and committed to produce high performing, environment friendly lithium ion batteries.
In this project you can take a tour through different concepts we created for Coulomb LiTech.
The font used is clean and bold which symbolises the high durability of the battery structure. It is italicised to show the high performance of the battery. The negative space between the letters U and L form a lightening bolt that is symbolic of charge. The logo is encased in a rectangle with a line which together represents a battery.
The font used is custom made to suit a personality of a technology driven brand. The lightening bolt used horizontally between the letter C forms a power symbol.
The properties of the font used in the wordmark remains constant through all the options. A bold font with sharp edges to symbolise the nature of the batteries and technology. The letter U is shaped as a battery which can also be used as a stand alone icon.
The concept of negative spacing has been used to create a battery shape out of the letter C. The negative space in the letter C forms the lightening bolt.
The custom font used in one of the previous options has been used in this concept as well. The letter O forms the atomic structure of Lithium.
